If you’re still asking yourself if you need a doula, consider this. “In one of the most important studies on doulas, researchers randomly assigned 420 first-time mothers to only receive support from their partner, or to care that also included a doula. The result showed a huge improvement in outcomes for women who had both a partner and doula compared to having a partner alone.” - Babies Are Not Pizzas, They are born, not delivered. by Author Rebecca Dekker, PHD, RN, Evidence Based Birth Founder.

I’d love to meet you and chat about how I can best serve you and your family. xo, Norma
